Blue Diamond ships internationally. Delivery times and costs depend on your location and the selected service.
We use insured, tracked delivery for all orders via Swiss Post. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Swiss and EU orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days; international orders may take longer.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Custom or engraved pieces may be non-returnable. Please contact our concierge to initiate a return.
